The expert jury evaluated 74 building projects in the Moscow region. The qualifying round took place in several stages. The commission studied each nominee’s application and assessed each site based on ten criteria, including location, architectural solution, technical equipment, construction material, parking, cost per square meter, neighborhood amenities, design solutions, outdoor space, and security system.
After a detailed consideration, the organizing committee personally visited the finished projects, to check if reality was fitting the description. The experts also had the opportunity to question the nominees about all the matters of interest.
Based on the results of the vote, Kazakov Grand Loft from the developer Coldy was among the finalists nominated as the best of business class apartment complex in Moscow.
The final stage of critical projects review took place on November 12. The winners will be announced two weeks after the presentation.
